“I miss you.” Toby whispered atop my head, gently caressing the top of my head, and I closed my eyes, a sigh escaping me at the warm feeling that enveloped me. I wished I could stay here forever. “I miss you too.” My voice was barely above a whisper, and it was taking all of me to remain calm. I squeezed him tighter, so tight that even if it was a dream, it would be impossible to escape.
