William was conflicted. He didn’t know whether hiding the truth from his sweet angel was a good idea, but he knew he didn’t want to lose her over a deal made a decade ago. They were about to call it a day when Simone popped in, as bubbly as ever. Her radiant smile, as always, had the knack to bring a smile to his own face.
