Simone was getting ready for the big day. The smile never left her face. Colette was with her, helping her put on the dress, making sure everything was perfect.
There was a knock on the door, and Colette grumbled loudly, “If it’s Hunter again, I will kick his damned ass. We don’t want to be late.”
“He’s good at what he does,” Simone defended with a smile.
