Out of excitement, I sent our picture to Blake and Simon with that caption before putting my phone into the pocket of my jeans.
I glanced at my partner, who appeared to be transfixed by the ocean. While strolling down the beach, she felt the soft, warm sand between her toes. I was relieved that the idea of taking her to the beach ever occurred to me. Clearly, it was a surprise for her.
In the sunlight, her golden hair almost glowed. Her beautiful face shone through the curve of her grin. In her snow-white sundress, she was as beautiful as an angel. Like an angel, but without wings.
I looked at her and sighed, wondering how I had earned someone so priceless. She was flawless.
