Peace prevailed across the kingdom. The kingdom was patched up and restored in the days that followed. We finally opened the memorial park we had planned for our slain soldiers. Even the monuments were polished to perfection in time for the wedding and coronation. Despite the devastating blow we weathered, the entire kingdom looked forward to the day I would be crowned queen.
Once again, it was my wedding day. Everyone had already left after doing my hair and makeup. I picked up the bouquet of golden flowers and looked at my reflection. The unique white and gold gown with scaly adornments was just perfect for the ceremony. I was glad that Travis thought of this.
