“You all did a very good job, guys. Let’s celebrate after returning to school. My treat.” Neil beamed while holding Evelyn and Clark. We won first place after winning all our matches.
“Yaye.” Evelyn chirped while beaming from ear to ear. I was also smiling, feeling light after I received that message from Harrison.
Now, I wanted to go back home as soon as possible so that I could see my mother. I knew that it would take time before she could come back from Russia, but now I knew that she would really come back.
“When will we go back?” I asked Neil after they stopped celebrating our victory.
