As I opened my eyes, I was greeted by the sight of Cassiopeia sleeping soundly on the floor, her head resting on the edge of my bed as she slept soundly. I couldn't help but smile at the sight of her, her hair cascading around her face like golden falls. She looked so peaceful and so beautiful. I shook my head to erase my thoughts. I shouldn't feel this way about a woman who might be an enemy.
As I gazed at her, I was suddenly shaken back to reality by someone calling my name. I turned to see Cameron standing at the window, his face filled with concern. "Your Imperial Highness," he said, his voice filled with urgency. "I've been trying to reach you without waking the Crown Princess."
