Hours later, I was incredibly and completely exhausted. I had just about an hour left in my shift at the cafe, before I can finally go home and get ready for the family dinner.
Just thinking about it, makes my stomach knot in dread. I haven’t seen any of them for a week now, and I was grateful for it. There is just no way I could continue avoiding them, this was bound to happen sooner or later.
“Jeez. I can’t believe it. That man is really beginning to get on my nerves.” Kelly bleated, for the hundredth time.
