I watched as Wray picked Sophia up and walked away with her. She was still a mess after what she told me, but at least she calmed down for now.
Looking at Logan, he hadn't said anything since he got back. I had explained to him and Wray about what took place, but up to now, he was still silent.
“Logan,” I said, trying to snap him out of it. He turned to face me, but his expression was unreadable.
“I don't know what to believe. How are we supposed to know whether she's telling the truth or not?” Logan asked; his voice was tinged with frustration as he looked at me with furrowed brows.
