When the wind changed direction the greenery spread its beauty and the earthy scent grew heavier in the air, waking an unconscious Kayleen. Her long hair had been blown by the breeze partially covering her small face as her head leaned against something hard. With a painful groan Kayleen slowly opened her blurry eyes. Her head was spinning yet she felt like her heavy body was being lifted in the air. For some reason she felt extreme heat kissing her skin and when she tried to find the source of the heat all she saw was black. “What is that?” she murmured under her breath in confusion as all her hazy gaze could make out was a flame-like outline that seemed to touch the sky.
