“Zaiden, listen to me. I went there because I had a purpose. Trust me it was not for fun,” trying to explain, Leo stepped towards him.
Getting on his feet, Zaiden warned in a solemn tone, “Stand there. Don’t come any closer.”
Leo’s heart ached with his behavior. This was the first time he was seeing Zaiden that was mad at him. Gulping hard, Leo stood where he was and watched him picking up the candle and marching around the table.
One after another, he lit up the scented candle around the table and when all the things around the dining room were clear enough to see, Leo had his eyes wide open.
