Zaiden and Leo marched to the car that was parked at the side of the road. Leo had his phone gripped tight in his hand and the wrinkles of nervousness were clear on his forehead.
Seeing him, Zaiden tried to confront him, “Calm down, Leo. Everything is going to be fine.”
“You saw Mr. Kai’s around fifty text messages telling me to stop you from going to the stage and revealing yourself. Do you think he is going to spare me for that?” He came to a halt and added, “Why? Why the hell did I not check my phone?”
“Because you were enjoying what you were doing and there is nothing to compromise with it. Don’t regret the thing that made you happy. Trust me you will be fine.”
