Wasting no seconds, Zaiden rushed towards him. Getting closer, he stood at the side of the door and tried to peek inside. But the closed-door contributed nothing to his attempt at being a detective.
Inhaling deeply, he mustered some courage and got a little bit closer. He was about to push the door when, suddenly, the door opened wide and Leo stood there.
Hastily turning around, he pretended not to see him and tried to find his way back. He was about to walk away when suddenly Leo grasped his arms and dragged him inside.
Shutting the door, he pinned Zaiden against it and, leaning close to him, asked, “what are you doing here?”
