~ HUNTER’s POV ~
When I opened my eyes next, it was already daylight and Maia’s face was the first thing I saw. We were both naked and sprawled on my bed. I had one arm wrapping around her waist and the duvet only covered the bottom part of our bodies.
For a split second, I just stared at Maia’s face and noted how beautiful she was without any make up on. Her skin was glowing and her cheeks were rosy pink. Her lips also looked mighty delicious, but I stopped myself before I got any funny ideas. Slowly, I propped myself up as carefully as I could so I wouldn’t wake her up. Maia was sleeping so soundly, last night must’ve taken a toll on her.
To say that last night was amazing would be a gross understatement.
