We all watched in silence as Madeline’s eyes clouded over. Stephen was in the car and it appears that my anticipating they would blindfold him was correct. This would play into our favor. The friendship between Madeline and Stephen was strong, so their mind link was powerful enough to keep in contact even a few hours apart from each other.
“13 seconds they took a right. 8 seconds they take a left…” Maddie was receiving directions from Stephen while he was on his way to Amelia.
