Or how certain I was that he's in denial. He could be telling the truth. He was nothing but concerned. "You only met Theo, you don't know him well enough. Don't ever let him know you're into him. Don't give him any motives to make a move on you." "He's your friend, Silvero," I reminded him. He sighed. "Yes, he is. But we grew apart. We cannot yet tell how much each other changes. I was not there during his first relationships, nor did he know anything about mine. Just be careful." I deliberately let my shoulders fall. He kept his eyes on me as if waiting for my agreement.
