-Diana's POV-
"Uh!" I swing my hands like a whip trying to get the gray blood off.
"Are you okay?" Marco asks now shifted back to his human form.
"Yeah. I am okay."
I look back to take a look at the half-sliced Leviathan but this one was smaller than the other one.
Marco suddenly hugs me and it takes me by surprise.
"I'm... okay..." I say but he latches on to me as if I was going to disappear.
It occurs to me that I am not the one who needs the hug so I hug him back.
"I am okay." I whisper.
I can feel him relax and then lets me go.
Rumbling in the distance reminds us that there is another leviathan coming our way and this tender moment needs to be cut short.
