We leave our bedroom and head downstairs to say good morning to the others and to figure out what we are going to do for breakfast for the day. I sigh as we walk down the stairs together and head into the kitchen. When we get there, I find that Drake and Uriel have already managed to find breakfast and are serving everyone up a portion from to-go boxes. I smile and shake my head slowly. “What is all of this?”
Drake smirks and nods towards Uriel with pride. “Our little angel realized that we didn’t have any more food in the house and decided to do a large takeout order at a breakfast place nearby. He got eight of the exact same thing so everyone could eat what they wanted, but at least it is food for everyone.”
