The flight was long but it was worth it to arrive in Russia. When we landed in Moscow, I was shocked at the pure beauty around me. I never realized just how wonderful it would be to travel. Once we stepped out of the airport, we ended up having to drive about three hours north of the city in order to reach the palace. Demitri was talking to me the whole time telling me about the history of everything as we passed through the cities.
