"What about this?" Nick asked and thrust his phone in my face. I glanced at his screen and sighed. Nick wasted no time; he had already started looking for a place for us. "It's too expensive," I answered him and focused back on my schoolwork. I sat on the floor with my back against the couch, and between Nicks' legs. He kept distracting me in various ways, but I needed to get started on my final paper for college. It seemed like such a mundane thing to do after having killed people, but yet, it felt normal. "I got money. That's the least of our problems," Nick said and held the phone in front of my face, so I had to look at his screen. I leaned my head on his knee and watched as he flicked through some of the pictures, and I had to admit that the house looked nice. "Okay... Is it ill
