Lia After I was awake, I noticed that everyone kept staring at me and when I say they were staring at me they were truly staring at me like I was the strangest thing in the world. They had every reason to stare at me like this. I was a ticking time bomb. How could I go on and live with this power swirling around inside me? My hands were still trembling. No matter how many deep breaths I took, I couldn’t shake the warmth humming under my skin—like the power was still there, waiting. When I had called onto that power, it was amazing. I felt like I could do anything and released it towards the dragon. My attention was not to kill it but to subdue it.
