I felt a hard slap and a painful sting on my cheek.
“What the f**k is wrong with you!” Trinity shouted at me. We heard Taylor's door shut and I'm surprised she didn't slam it. But then again slamming doors isn't Taylor's way. She is gentle, she is reserved.
“I didn't mean it…” I whispered still looking towards Taylor's door. I deserved that slap. I truly didn't mean to say that. I was just so mad that it slipped out.
“That was low, even for you, Cade.” Mason whispered looking down. Although he should be ashamed too. He almost gave away everything to Taylor. Everything I don't want her to know. If she ever found out, she would leave, if she isn't already going to after what I just said.
