**Gabriel's POV**
Adira never ceases to amaze me. Just when I think I have her figured out, she does something that completely catches me off guard and makes me impossibly more proud of her. Hours ago we were falling apart, feeling like nothing could bring us out of the dark hole we were sinking into, and now she was giving a strong speech, building our pack up and guiding them to a brighter future. She is everything an Alpha should be and more. Other men, Alphas or not, would be intimidated by her strength and power, but I love it. It makes me proud that I have a strong mate, a strong leader, and a better woman that makes me want to be better. Others would try to hold her back, but I cannot wait to keep encouraging her to reach for more.
