(Dimitri’s POV)
‘I figured a way into the vampire kingdom.’ Dean mind linked me, causing me to jump out of the seat in my office.
My father jumped back, partially startled as he looked at me in concern. I could see the stress lines from the recent events playing on his face. “Is everything alright son?”
“Sorry father, I didn’t mean to worry you. Dean has figured out a way to get inside of the Kingdom. Are you alright taking over the new border patrol arrangement I have made until I return?” I asked as I looked at him apologetically. I didn’t want to startle him but Demon’s and I excitement got the better of me. I wish I could take the stress away from him but even when I try to keep him out of the pack affairs he always finds a way to squeeze himself in.
