(Dimitri’s POV)
I slide out of the bed and tuck the blankets tightly around Sky, trying to prevent waking her up. I watch as she snuggles her face into the pillow as a satisfying sigh leaves her sweet lips.
‘Go back to bed with mate.’ Demon whined in annoyance. I know my racing mind has woken him up and I don’t want my thoughts waking Sky up when she needs sleep for our pup. Demon grumbles but doesn’t make another comment as he hears my thoughts. His mate and pups' wellbeing are more important than his wants right now. I soak myself under a hot shower, watching the steam float around my body, filling the bathroom.
