Natasha Damn freaking cramps! My lower abdomen hurts like crazy. There is an ache there, like a sharp stabbing or– to put it correctly– a consistent, dull pain. I could feel the pain reaching my upper legs and lower back. My stomach has been upset, almost bloated since this evening. I tossed again, the cold tiles of the living room sending me a bit of relief from the intense pain I'm trying to endure.
