*Ada* “Dada!” Katya exclaims, pulling me from my sleep. Before I can move, I can hear Calvin sigh. The bed shifts with his weight as he gets up. “You were supposed to sleep in,” he grumbles. “I was just about to wake your mom.” “Why?” I ask, rolling over and blinking at him as he stands with her in his arms. He smirks. “You fell asleep last night. There’s a bathroom. We can always have her stay with Dad. We’ve got options so we can still… you know.” He glances down at Katya as if he’s said something wrong. I can’t help but giggle. For a big, fearless man, he’s always so worried about her. “I’ll keep that in mind at the next pack we visit.” “You’ll keep that in mind tonight,” he smirks. “Or naptime. I’d send her to Dad, but I think it’s safest to keep her here with me.
