I knock on the door awkwardly. I hadn’t planned for my dad to be the one to answer the door.
“Hey,” he says, giving me a very weak smile.
“Hey,” I say, stepping in and closing the door behind me. “Umm, is Ada here?”
He nods. “Yes. This is her home.”
