AVERY’s POV.
As soon as the car pulls up in front of the courthouse, Zayn immediately alights and helps to open my car door for me, I flash him a smile as my gaze falls on Karen and Zachary who have just arrived. I can see the look of disdain for me in her eyes and I can’t help but wonder why she still hates me despite getting the man she wants.
“Ready?”
“Of course”
He stretches out his hand and I gently take it, also climbing down.
The attorney in charge of the case makes his way towards us and his face breaks into a tiny smile when he sees us.
