' Queens Row ' was a nice and booming food scene in New York . It had been running for a few good years and had never disappointed each time I did visit here . There had been not a bad thing to be said about the place and it soon became unbelievably popular to the locals . I mean it was a Monday morning at eleven thirty - eight and the place was full up with people either catching brunch by themselves or with business groups . It was neither too formal that someone suffering a hangover wouldn' t feel welcome in yet not shabby either that people dressed in their work clothes would feel too overdone to come in .
