Tammy had been sleeping for hours when she woke up to the smell of burnt socks. She looked around the room and saw smoke coming in from under her bedroom door. She jumped out of bed and grabbed her phone. As she put on her robe, she dialed 911 and ran to her window. It was so far down, but her pool was close enough. "911 what's your emergency?" An operator asked as she picked up the line. "My house is on fire! The smoke is coming in through my bedroom door, and the only exit is out the window and to the pool, but I don't know it I can jump that far. I am three floors up!"
