When we got to Lucien’s office, I tossed the envelope onto the coffee table and went to collect my electronics from the safe. I had a great idea for the next expansion of my collective. I just had to look at the map of the area I kept on my computer.
There was a small pack and another collective nearby. If I could get my stuff set up ahead of time, then the expansion wouldn’t take as long. I was pretty sure of what was in the envelope, there was no point in holding back on expansions now.
I was happily setting up my things when I noticed Lucien standing by the table, looking down at the envelope. He looked confused. It was really adorable. I pulled out my phone and took a picture. The sound of the camera drew him out of whatever was going on in his head.
