Steven's POV:
We all were listening very carefully as Mike Continued talking
"W..what happened after the pillar fell?" I asked
Mike sighed and started speaking again.
"Caleb wrapped his arms around us and we hurled ourselves into a ball while trying to protect Sinister and Sam.
Sinister already had done a lot and now it was our turn.
We might even die here but still we won't have the guilt that we didn't try to save our family.
Caleb was the one in greater pain. He was already injured and drugged but he continued to protect us while the pillars fell on his back.
But he never made a groan in pain. He didn't want us to panic.
