(Doris' POV)
My eyes welled for a reason I couldn't tell; whether about the King's death or the First Elder's death, I just couldn't place it.
The First Elder must have blamed the King too for the death of Snake and killed me, while I trusted him with the King to be in safe hands. I wanted to come back to the Pack victorious and settle all grudges, but now, they are both dead.
