It was my time to prove my worth to the pack, I trained, I could fight. But, this wasn't your regular fistfight. I was determined to make it back to my mate and see the birth of my children. I was going to come home alive with no ifs or buts about it. The women, children and elderly; those who could not fight had retreated into the packhouse. It was now up to the rest of us to defend our home from the attack of the rogue pack. There was no game plan, we didn't plan to let them get any closer to the buildings that were set further in on the lands.
