"Wait, Trev…" I grabbed my boyfriend's arm as we walked.
He looked at me.
"Are you sure about this? I worry that your mom is still mad about what happened…"
He softly tapped my hand, giving me assurance. "She's not mad at you, believe me, Eliana. She's even nagging me to bring you into our house to be finally introduced as my girlfriend."
It has been a month since we settled and cleared things up between the two of us, and then we started to be officially exclusively dating.
