He grinned and didn't speak. I rolled my eyes and shook my head.
It's also something I'm thinking about Trevor because I've been with him lately!
"I think your boss likes you."
"Oh!" I exclaimed, almost exaggerating. And I shook my head. Impossible. "No, I guess you're wrong. He doesn't."
It couldn't be possible, right? Trevor didn't put me and hired me to be in this position because he liked me. Oh, come on! I could not even stand a chance with my boss!
Edward just tilted his head and didn't bother saying anything anymore.
