Its always hard to work on Friday's. With a weekend shimmering in front of your eyes its really difficult to concentrate.  I sighed and stared at my laptop screen. After listening to a hoards of complaining patients the last thing I like to do is stare at that i***t box. I rolled my eyes and continued. The intercom rang startling me. "Yes?" I muttered. "Dr Miller, you have visitors," The receptionist spoke.  "Visitors?"I frowned. "Yeah,"  "Okay send them in," I muttered and cut the call. A few moments later there came a soft knock.
