"Everything is ready for you in the conference room," I told Janna.
"Great," she replied as she continued to go over her speech.
I set the last glass of water down, and walked over to my best friend. I grabbed Janna's shoulders, and gave her a little shake. She looked up at me with a frown.
"Violet, I'm trying to practice here." She complained.
I chuckled at her.
"Yes, I know," I replied. "But you know the speech. You recited it to me at least 25 times last night. You got this girl. Don't be so nervous."
