They all took cover when the grenade exploded. Then they all felt the blood and pieces of the snake rain on them after the explosion. And when they finally take a look, the whole chamber was filled with the snake’s remains, clouds of dust and smoke.
“Eeww.” Levi cringed upon seeing the snake’s remains.
“Enrico…” Garie mumbled, and then they remembered Enrico and they rushed towards where he was last standing. But the scaffolding was now destroyed; all the scaffolding connecting two sides of the chamber is gone, destroyed.
“Enrico!” Milton called.
They all called and look for Enrico until Levi and Garie heard a faint groan.
“Shhh. I can hear something.” Levi shushed them.
