A loud blaring alarm echoes around the pack, making me jump in freight at the noise but soon realize what is happening.
Sasha and I ran to the window of our room, seeing all the pack members running into action. When our door bursts open, Gwen and the others come running in. “They are attacking, just like planned.”
A sinking feeling hit my lower stomach, knowing this is what we were all waiting for, and now it is here, I feel sick to my stomach.
Lyla moved closer to the surface, watching what was going on.
Gwen started barking out orders to the others, telling them where to go and help. Then she looked toward Sasha and me. “You two are with Emma and me. Don’t go too far from us. Do what you can.” Her eyes locked on mine, which made me realize she was explaining it mainly to me.
