I wrapped my arms around the man’s waist as he wrapped his arm around my neck. I helped him to the section of nurses who came out to assess people. He had blood pouring out of an open wound. In time, his wounds would heal with his wolf, but the nurse needed to make sure he didn’t have internal bleeding.
As soon as we got to the nurse’s section, I helped the man sit and nodded to the nurse.
For the last few hours, we had all been helping pack members. It took a toll on us when we stepped out of the forest to see the c*****e that was left from the attack.
Guards helped around, piling the dead rogues at the bottom of the ground. Somewhere where we could set them alight. They were once wolves like us, but some were born into that life, so we gave them whatever we could for a buria
