MIA
Yesterday went by in a blur for me. Being stuck in a room while everyone was allowed to roam was getting to me, but it was also safer, or more like freedom from the stares and those who were supposed to be my friends.
Mum and I talked to Ryland for a while till he had to go and splash around in the pool. He seemed to be having an amazing time. Once the call ended, mum stayed for a little while and I knew she wanted to chat, but I avoided any topic. She had brought in a book for me, which I was happy to read, even if it was for a distraction.
Mum decided to head back to her and Gwen’s room since she was on her way back from training, which meant Sasha wouldn’t be long coming back to the room to tell me everything that had happened.
