Hervor's skin turned red as steam started to rise out of her body. She looked like she was in terrible pain.
"Hervor! How are you feeling?" Everyone was terribly concerned and worried for her.
She tried to endure the pain and squeezed a smile out. "Don't worry, I'm not… AHHH!" A powerful force suddenly hit her from the inside and she could not help but let out a scream of pain.
Carl could see that Hervor's body had given off an intense concentration of magic particles after drinking the concoction. A brilliant glow surged toward her belly button in waves.
This told Carl that the concoction he had made was indeed effective against the parasite. The force created by the drug was targeting the parasite and trying to kill it. The pain that Hervor felt was unfortunately part of the process
