Sasha was still sitting on the bench when Ayden approached her. When she saw him, she smiled and then thought she would be in trouble for inviting her sisters without his permission, she pouted.
“What’s wrong love?” he asked her as he sat down.
“I know I probably should’ve asked permission,” she took a deep breath and blurted out, “But I invited my sisters to come to visit tomorrow,” Ayden started to laugh, and she looked at him questioningly.
“You don’t need to ask permission,” he said, and she leaned into him and he held her against him as they gazed out at the garden.
“I demand that you release my son,” Sasha turned at the sound of her father’s voice coming from behind them. Ayden stood and faced him.
“Not a chance in hell,” he answered.
