I'm in my office going through paperwork when my phone dings with a message from my mother. I debate whether to read it but curiosity wins. "Derek, I knew you wouldn't answer my calls, so I'm texting. They rushed your father to the hospital with chest pain. I need you to come to Myer's hospital." I immediately dial her number.
