I know Anne was nervous about me meeting her parents. It wasn't hard to figure out the more she warned me about them. It was also noticeable in the fact she barely ate the two or three days leading up to us leaving to go to their place. This worried me a little. I had never seen her not eat a full meal. And yet the last couple of days, I barely saw her eat two bites of what we were eating before she said she was done. Still, I tried not to let it bother me. I knew she was nervous I would judge her for the way her parents were. She warned me they fight and yell more than they talk and get along.
