Seona’s POV I stare at the front door as it slams shut behind my best friend and the bodyguard. Hallick looked furious, he rarely shouts, never seems to get angry or lose control, but just then? I saw anther side to him and it scares me. I quickly flick the lock on the front door, knowing the soldier is on the other side, waiting for me to comply. I press my ear to the locked door, listening to the heavy thump of Hallick’s feet as he stomps down the stairs, leading Daisy out.
