“You’re early.”
I chuckled at Devin’s remark.
“Stop and just eat,” I told him before resuming what I was doing.
“I slept well so I woke up very early.” I winked at him.
He gave me a confused look. I shook my head and looked at the phone again. I bit my lip and started stirring the fried rice again.
I heard Devin gasp.
“Wait, what are you doing?” he asked, sounding amused, as he walked towards me. I pursed my lips and did not even want to look at him.
“I’m cooking us breakfast,” I said casually.
