"Hmm?" I turned to Lyka who was patiently taking care of me.
"I'll just go out for a while. I need to get Lica. Is it okay if I bring her here?” she asked. I smiled.
“Of course,” I answered. I was a bit guilty to be honest because Lyka has been here for how many hours already, while Lica is all by herself outside. “Who’s watching her by the way?” I asked, a bit worried because I remembered that she’s really not a fan of people and she only trusts her mother around her.
Lyka seemed to notice my worry, so she smiled at me. “Don’t worry. She’s playing with the other kids. When she’s surrounded and preoccupied with something, she rarely notices that I’m gone,” she assured. I nodded.
“Just get her still. She can stay here with us,” I said. She sighed and nodded back at me.
